Ensure that the equipment is installed in an appropriate environment, such as a well-ventilated area, on a stable work surface, and that it meets the required power specifications.

2. Preparations Before Use

Operators must undergo proper training and become familiar with the basic operations and safety precautions of the EDM machine. Before using the machine, please check whether the electrodes, coolant, and worktable are in normal condition. Make sure to use approved working fluids and electrode materials that meet the machine’s requirements to avoid affecting machining performance.

3. Equipment Operation and Maintenance

Always follow the operation manual step by step to prevent overloading the machine. Regularly replace the coolant and clean the machining area to prevent impurities from affecting discharge performance. Check electrode wear daily and adjust or replace it as necessary to ensure machining accuracy. Do not modify internal parameters without authorization, as this may affect the normal function of the equipment.

5. Warranty and After-Sales Service

This equipment comes with a one-year warranty (subject to the purchase contract). Under normal usage conditions, non-human-damaged parts can be replaced free of charge. For repairs or technical support, please provide the equipment model and proof of purchase, and contact our after-sales service team.

6. Safety Precautions

Operators must wear protective gloves and safety goggles to prevent injuries from high temperatures and metal debris.
